Session score showing 83 out of 100 with five dimension breakdowns

Every rep is graded S/A/B/C/D across five dimensions — including kinetic chain analysis of how power flows from hip to wrist — with the top 3 actionable tips so you always know what to work on next.

How swing scoring works →
New

Kinetic Chain — see how power flows through your body

In every overhead swing, power should travel in a sequence: hips fire first, then shoulder, elbow, forearm, and finally wrist — like cracking a whip. Kinetic Chain analysis, based on biomechanical models, grades the quality of that hip-to-wrist energy transfer and pinpoints where the power leaks, so you know which link to train next.

How swing scoring works →
1

Hips fire first — the chain starts in the lower body, not the arm.

2

Shoulder follows — rotation transfers energy up the torso.

3

Elbow leads, forearm snaps — the whip accelerates through the middle.

4

Wrist unloads last — power reaches the racket at contact.
